Terms of service

These terms cover use of veezee.io, api.veezee.io, and mcp.veezee.io ("Veezee"). Using the service means you accept them. Questions: hello@veezee.io.

The service#

Veezee provides read-only, structured data from public LinkedIn, Reddit, and X (formerly Twitter) pages, over REST, MCP, a TypeScript SDK, and a CLI. Every tool reads; nothing is ever posted, messaged, or changed on any platform on your behalf.

Keys and accounts#

API keys are created self-serve and shown once, at creation; Veezee stores only a hash. You are responsible for calls made with your keys. Attaching an email to a key adds recovery and management; the key works either way.

Credits and payment#

Credits are prepaid. Only calls that return data spend credits: failed or unfulfilled calls are refunded to the balance automatically, and a retried call with the same Idempotency-Key is never billed twice. When credits run out, calls stop; you can never owe more than you paid. Payments run through Stripe Checkout; card details never touch Veezee. Unused purchased credits are refunded on request within 14 days (hello@veezee.io). The monthly plan renews through Stripe and can be cancelled anytime at /manage.

Fair use#

The free budget is per IP per day so that anyone can evaluate the service without an account. Working around it (key farming, coordinated IP rotation) can get requests blocked. You are responsible for how you use retrieved data, including compliance with applicable law and the source platforms' terms. Don't use the service to harass or surveil individuals.

Availability#

The service is provided as-is, without an uptime guarantee. To the extent permitted by law, Veezee's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
